Most inspections take 30–45 minutes. We inspect visible roof conditions, gutters, flashing, and fascia. Written summaries and photos are provided after the inspection is reviewed.
You don't need to be on the roof with us, but we do prefer you're home so we can walk you through our findings in person. If that's not possible, we'll schedule a call afterward.
For non-emergency work, scheduling depends on project size, material availability, weather, and current workload. Emergency tarping may be available when safety, roof access, and schedule allow.
