No Insurance or Public Adjusting Services
Obsidian Exterior is an independent roofing contractor. We are not a public adjuster, attorney, insurance company, lender, or authorized representative of any insurance carrier. We can provide contractor photos, measurements, estimates, invoices, and construction-scope documentation. Insurance coverage decisions, claim outcomes, policy interpretation, depreciation, deductibles, and payments are determined by your policy and insurance carrier.
Deductibles
Deductibles and non-covered costs remain the homeowner's responsibility. Obsidian Exterior does not waive, rebate, absorb, disguise, or pay insurance deductibles.
Estimates, Scheduling, and Emergency Response
Website pricing, timeframes, response times, financing examples, and project descriptions are general estimates only. Final pricing, scheduling, warranties, and scope are controlled by a written contract. Emergency response depends on weather, safety, crew availability, road conditions, and access.
Financing
Financing, if available, is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to application, credit approval, lender terms, fees, interest, and applicable law. Obsidian Exterior does not guarantee approval, rates, terms, or credit impact.

Insurance carrier and product manufacturer names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their names are used only for identification and homeowner convenience. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Obsidian Exterior is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of any carrier or manufacturer named on this site.

Project images, renderings, examples, and service scenarios are for informational purposes unless specifically identified as real customer work or a real customer review. Results vary by property, product, weather, scope, and maintenance.
